Confirmation for booking
Your booking is considered confirmed after the communication of the credit card details and the phone number. With this you will accept our booking terms and conditions and you give us automatically the consent, in case of cancellation, late arrival or earlier departure to deduct the indicated cancellation fee.

The word „cancellation" sounds unpleasant and it is, for you and for us!
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellation insurance
Take out travel cancellation insurance - something unforeseen can always happen. You can sign up a cancellation insurance, that will amount ca. 5% of the total price of your stay.
Payment
Your final bill can be paid in cash, with bancomat or credit cards (VISA, EC Card, Mastercard)
Not Smoking
Please accept that in the room and in the hotel public area smoking is not allowed
Internet
WIFI will works in the rooms and near the reception free.
Check-in and Check-out
Your room will be available on the arrival day at 15.00 clock and the departure day till 11.00. Early check-in and late check-out is possible at an additional cost, if availability and only after consultation with the reception.
Animals
Your four-legged friend is welcome by prior arrangement. We charge € 20.00 per day for your dog or cat (without food). Please note that your pets are not allowed in the wellness area, the breakfast room or the hotel restaurant. Subject to availability, it is possible to reserve a separate table in an adjoining room (limited seating). In addition, your four-legged friends must be kept on a lead at all times. Any damage caused will be charged separately.
Packages and special offers
can only be booked for the indicated periods and can only be taken advantage of making your booking. For each individual reservation, only a single price discount can be applied. No compensation for services and amenities not used.

- Children up to 2 years old can sleep in a cot for €20,00 per day.
- From 3 - 7 years there is a 60% price reduction for the 3rd and 4th bed.
- From 8 - 11 years there is a 50% price reduction for the 3rd and 4th bed.
- From 12 years a 30% price reduction applies for the 3rd and 4th bed.

- Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival will not incur additional cancellation fees.
- Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will incur fees of 100% of the total amount booked.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% on the booked unused days will apply.
