Our kitchen is very particular
As far as we are concerned, cooking has a lot to do with love. This love begins with the selection of ingredients for all the mouthwatering dishes served to our house guests and in our ANDER Stube à la carte restaurant. We principally source fresh natural ingredients of the highest quality according to the season from the region or from local farmers. Our chefs also put much love into the preparation of the food; conjuring up delicious, down-to-earth dishes typical to our homeland. Of course, this culinary extravaganza also calls for the right wine. So it is just as well we have numerous renowned wines from South Tyrol in our well-stocked wine cellar.
From early June to late September, we expand the reach of our culinary scope in the historical Hotel Andreas Hofer: As long as the temperatures are pleasantly warm outside, we not only spoil you with all sorts of delicacies in our à la carte restaurant, but we also serve meals in our beautiful garden.
